Repentance
Mr.Thompson wanted the men to volunteer at the homeless shelter for war veterans. “They are always shorthanded and could use your energy!” This remark came out of the blue for the men and the few people inside the restaurant. It was a weird thing to ask four total strangers, but Mr.Thompson was completely serious.
