Finding the dog
Kate left the house early that morning. She made a coffee for the road and was ready for another day at work. Walking toward the street, she noticed a boxer-like dog lying on the sidewalk in front of her house. The dog seemed calm and relaxed, almost as if it was waiting for someone to come by at any moment. Kate paused, curious about why the dog was lying there so still.
