Narrow Escape
Just as Matthew was about to give up, he heard the faint creak of the door opening. He quickly ducked behind a nearby dumpster, holding his breath as an assistant stepped out, carrying a bag of trash. The assistant seemed preoccupied, humming softly as they tossed the bag into the dumpster. Matthew stayed perfectly still, waiting for the assistant to leave. When they finally disappeared back inside, the door remained slightly ajar—a perfect opportunity.
