Mysterious Packages
It was lightweight, about the size of a pillow, wrapped tightly in blue plastic with white labels he couldn’t quite make out. As Derek’s fingers traced the unfamiliar contours of the package, a sudden chill ran down his spine. Something about this didn’t feel right. He glanced around nervously, half-expecting someone to jump out and yell “Surprise!” But the road remained eerily quiet, save for the gentle rustle of wind through the nearby trees.
