Derek’s mind raced with questions, but the oppressive silence of the men in suits kept him from voicing any of them. As he was escorted to one of the waiting SUVs, Derek cast a final glance back at the scene. The mysterious packages were disappearing into the vehicles at an alarming rate, leaving no trace of their existence. Derek felt confused and could only think of one thing to do.
