On one of the seats, Marc noticed something odd: a small pendant, still intact, hanging from the headrest. He picked it up carefully, revealing a tarnished engraving of initials: “M.L.”
“This must’ve belonged to one of the passengers,” he said, his voice tinged with sadness. Rick nodded, placing a hand on the seat in silent acknowledgment. “It’s like they just disappeared,” Marc added, the weight of the discovery sinking in.
