The Navy ship eventually set sail back toward civilization, carrying with it the remarkable descendants of a plane crash that the outside world had long forgotten. Once ashore, the survivors were taken for thorough medical check-ups to ensure their health after decades in isolation. To everyone’s relief, they were cleared and discharged from the hospital. Soon after, the local government welcomed them warmly, offering a small town where they could resettle together as one community.
