They positioned themselves in front of the cabin and smiled for the photo. Their expressions were relaxed but slightly forced—trying to pretend everything was normal. Emily held the camera up and took the picture. She expected to see a cozy image of the two of them with the cabin behind. But when she looked at the screen, her stomach dropped.
