Uncovering a Hidden Space
They stood silently at the water’s edge, unsure of what they were supposed to do next. Then, something caught Emily’s attention. Behind the falling stream, hidden by the flowing water and shadowed rock, was a narrow dark gap. “Jason,” she said, pointing quickly. He joined her and examined the strange opening. It was just big enough for them to squeeze through. “Let’s go,” he said, already preparing to step forward.
