Jason took a deep breath and stepped into the rushing curtain of water. The icy spray hit his skin as he carefully squeezed through the narrow opening. The roar of the waterfall filled his ears. Emily followed closely, her hands out to steady herself as she moved through the tight space. On the other side, they emerged into silence, standing at the dark, quiet mouth of a rocky underground cave.
