He considered calling pest control, just to be safe, but after watching for hours and still seeing no signs of life, he started to rethink the idea. If the nest was abandoned or inactive, he could probably save himself the trouble and money by handling the situation on his own. Besides, curiosity tugged at him, whispering that he might be able to solve this mystery without anyone else getting involved.
