Sneaking in a clause
When it came time to finalize the sale, Olivia’s lawyer included a strange clause. The shed and the small patch of land around it would remain in her possession. Olivia asked her lawyer to put the clause all the way in the back of the contract between many lines of tedious legal jibberish, hoping that the couple wouldn’t notice.
