The Lever
His flashlight clattered out of his hand, spinning wildly and landing on its side. Lucas groaned, sitting up slowly. Pain shot through his arm. As he reached to pick up the flashlight, his hand brushed against something cold and metallic. He looked over and saw it—an old lever, tucked beside the floor panel. His fall had jarred it loose. And something behind him groaned in response.
