Needing no convincing
Emily introduced herself and explained the situation carefully. She spoke with warmth, clarity, and just enough caution. There was a long silence on the other end. Then a voice replied: “Are you saying you saw the boat? Here? Yesterday?” Emily confirmed it. “We took a picture. We saw it with our own eyes.” The man on the other end paused again, then said, “We’re coming.”
