After exploring most of the house, Elliot made dinner with some canned goods left in the pantry. He ate alone in the grand kitchen, thinking of his parents, wondering if they had ever met Walter. He decided to call them in the morning. For now, he needed rest. He chose a small guest room with fresh sheets, surprised by how clean everything still was.
