Industrialisation
The factory huffed big clouds of dark smoke while massive amounts of tree trunks were driven inside. On the other end of the building, dirty, thick black residue ran out of the factory and streamed into the river, blackening the water. The amount of industrialisation going on up here was clearly killing the forest around the factory and, with it, the inhabitants of that forest.
