Up the cliffside
The herd didn’t speak his language, but his guide seemed to understand him nonetheless. The large reindeer let out a heavy huff, its chest rising and falling, and then turned toward the cliffs. With steady steps, it began walking a narrow path carved into the rock. Andrew hesitated for only a moment before following. His eyes stayed on the ground, cautious with every step on the jagged, uneven trail.
