Scouting the area
Sarah didn’t respond to the surfer’s argument. Instead, she called in the rest of her Coast Guard team and ordered them to investigate. The Coast Guard crew was equipped with some basic reconnaissance gear, including a couple of high-altitude drones. They were the perfect tools to search a larger area at sea, and that was exactly what this scenario called for.
