Since they fished out one bright yellow ball from the ocean right before arriving at the cargo ship, they had all the evidence they needed, and the oil company didn’t even know about it. They brought the video footage to the authorities, and after that, everything went quickly. The company board was all arrested and sentenced to long jail sentences.
