David felt his irritation turn into curiosity. He leaned further over the balcony, trying to catch a better view of the strange pouch, but the angle wasn’t right. He looked at the door to his hallway, then back up at the roof. Without thinking twice, David grabbed his keys and rushed out of his apartment, now determined to solve this unexpected mystery.
