He pulled a second time and then a third. The power Thomas used caused sweat to drip on his forehead. But it was all worth it because, after that third pull, the generator switched on. Lights started blinking as its motor spun around, feeding electricity through the cave’s cables. And with that power turned on, so did the lights around Thomas.
