Lilly turned to leave, her nerves begging her to escape, but a small writing desk caught her eye. It sat tucked in the corner, quiet yet beckoning. On top, an open journal lay splayed, its pages filled with tight, frantic handwriting. She leaned closer, flipping to the last page. To her shock, a few English words jumped out from the sea of scribbles, sharp and chilling.
