A personality grows
Not long after, Ivey’s personality started showing. She explored every corner of the nest, tugging at bits of twine and gnawing curiously on sticks. Her behavior was playful, stubborn, and endlessly curious. Sometimes, she mimicked Cora almost perfectly. Other times, her movements looked different, uniquely her own. She didn’t climb as easily, for one. And her nose, slowly forming, didn’t look like the others. Something about her was setting her apart.
