Bob exhaled slowly from his spot beneath the trees and whispered to himself. “What the hell, Jude?” His voice barely made a sound. But it was all he could manage. The image of Judith disappearing behind that door clung to his mind like fog. Something was inside that house. Something she didn’t want him to see. But that would change since Bob now stood before that door himself.
