The surface of Rockwell Bay looked deceptively calm, hiding the mystery below. Divers descended with cameras, lights, and markers. Felix nervously hauled gear, fumbling as he adjusted straps and loaded oxygen tanks. “Feels like we’re treasure hunters,” he joked, trying to cut the tension.
