Growing too quickly
Two months later, the hatchlings were no longer the palm-sized creatures Kathy had first found. Their small cardboard box had become far too cramped, and they constantly scratched at the sides. Kathy called Dr. Harris several times about their growth, but he reassured her each time that everything was fine. Still, she knew they needed more space and decided to do something about it.
