A new discovery
Pushing aside a hanging curtain of tangled leaves, Kevin abruptly froze. Hidden among creeping ivy was a forgotten panel of wires, several small spinning rotors, and one oversized red button squarely in the middle. He stepped closer, brushing vegetation away until the metal surface gleamed faintly. His heart thudded. “What is this doing here?” he muttered. The equipment looked weathered and old, but surprisingly intact, as though someone had hidden it here intentionally to remain unseen.
