Using his boat
“I’m going to find out where it goes,” Luke said firmly. “My boat has sonar. We can follow it under the water, see exactly what it’s tied to.”
His voice carried conviction, but the villagers exchanged uneasy glances. None looked interested in joining him. To them, the chain was cursed. Their silence spoke louder than refusal. Luke stood alone in determination.
