Edwin climbed out beside him, both men standing in a space no map or chart had ever hinted at. Saltwater clung to their gear as they stripped off their flippers and tanks, the heavy equipment landing with a dull thud on the stone.
Luke treaded water a moment longer, trying to take it all in. He couldn’t believe his eyes. “This,” he muttered finally, “is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.”
