Worried expressions
The zookeeper called over a colleague. The two uniformed men discussed the situation from a distance—just far enough removed from Julia and David so they could not hear every word.
But the couple could see their worried expressions and wild hand gestures. Something was going on. After a while, they returned to the couple and asked Julia and David to walk with them. “We have to go inside,” they said.
