Angela and her crew guided Benjamin to a seat on the deck, quickly wrapping him in a thick, dry blanket. Someone handed him a steaming mug of soup, and he held it tightly in both hands, savoring the warmth. He looked exhausted but incredibly relieved, eyes glancing gratefully from face to face.
