Dr. Sirbescu subjected the “rock” to a series of comprehensive tests. To her astonishment, our hiker’s casual discovery turned out to be a specimen of primeval cosmic artifact- a meteorite. This seemingly ordinary rock was, in fact, a treasure trove from outer space, with a journey spanning billions of years and countless light-years to finally be cradled in the hands of an unsuspecting hiker.
