They quickly realised that this wasn’t a standard Daimler. It was one of the only 8 surviving DB18 Drophead Coupes that Winston Churchill frequently used during his campaign tours throughout the 1940s. Constructed between 1939 and 1953, only 607 of these models were ever made, out of which merely 8 have lived to see today. Compelled by the rich history, the builders decided to dig deeper into how the car could have landed up there.
