From a afar, one would see colossal rainbow-colored flowers blooming from the intricate arrangement of the tires. As one approached closer, they would see a wonderful menagerie of animals, birds, and other whimsical creations formed from the painted tires. There was a tire-swan gracefully floating beside a giant tire-rose, a tire-elephant standing tall and majestic, and tire-butterflies flitting around. Even more impressive was a tire-fountain, where painted blue tires gave a stunning illusion of cascading water.
