In keeping with her belief in repurposing and recycling, Sylvia decided to donate her wedding dress, which was languishing in her wardrobe, to her local thrift store in Vancouver. She imagined another woman using the dress to create their memorable moments, the same way she once had. So, with a heavy heart, she decided to let go of the beautiful lace-filled dream that she had been clinging onto.
